Finally, a place where dating doesn’t feel like self-harm.
SEEN
If dating feels emotionally brutal now — that’s because it is.
It’s brutal trying to discover and build something sacred in a hostile environment. SEEN exists for people who still believe in love but are exhausted by how dating is done today.
Modern dating culture punishes depth, sincerity, and care. This is the alternative.
A place where presence matters again. Where courage replaces scrolling. Where connection is practiced — not digitized or gamified.
SEEN is where dating stops feeling like self-harm.
The Real Problem…
Dating today isn’t just disappointing. It’s demoralizing and dysregulating.
It asks you to:
make yourself consumable
detach quickly and with ease
keep your options open instead of opening your heart
treat people like profiles
mistake attention for intimacy
normalize ghosting, ambiguity and chronic uncertainty
You’re not tired of dating.
You’re tired of the wrong kind of dating.
“Dating” that feels hostile because it is.
It’s optimized for engagement, not connection.
For dopamine, not devotion. For scrolling, not building the sacred.
And sensitive, emotionally awake people feel this most. SEEN exists because this environment is not neutral. It is shaping us — and not for the better.
SEEN is for people who don’t feel broken. They feel disenchanted.
People who quietly think:
“I don’t hate love… but I hate how dating is done now.”
“I want partnership. Not whatever it is everybody is doing these days.”
“I don’t want to numb myself or become someone I don’t recognize just to survive dating.”
“I want to build something meaningful, and this environment is actively working against me.”
You’re likely:
emotionally intelligent
spiritually grounded
relationship-oriented
intentional
sensitive
future-focused and/or legacy-driven
And you may be wondering if there’s still a place for people like you.
There is.
Who SEEN is for
SEEN is not a dating app. SEEN is not speed dating. SEEN is not a singles mixer.
SEEN is what I call a “dating gym” — but not the kind you’re imagining.
There are no reps, no pressure, no awkward icebreakers.
Just guided, intentional, emotionally safe connection in a warm, beautifully curated room.
A place to gently strengthen the parts of you that modern dating has worn down: your confidence, your presence, your hope, your relational courage.
A space where people who want the same thing come to practice the actual skills required for real connection:
presence
attunement
courage
communication
emotional regulation
pacing
discernment
Offline. In real rooms. With real people.
No swiping. No pretending. No disappearing acts.
Just humans showing up — together.
That’s what SEEN is.
What SEEN Is (and Isn’t)
The Experience
SEEN is not a dating event. It’s a relational restoration experience.
A “dating gym” for the soul.
A sanctuary for wholehearted humans.
SEEN events are guided, intentional and emotionally safe.
You’ll experience:
✔ Guided Connection Rounds
(So you’re never left awkwardly wondering what to do)
✔ Emotional Safety
Everyone in the room is intentional, grounded, and mature.
✔ Thoughtful Prompts that create real conversation without forced vulnerability
✔ Warm, Curated Atmosphere designed to calm the nervous system (lighting, music, pacing)
✔ Real Humans — there for the same reason you are
No avatars. No algorithms. No games.
Just presence, courage, and heart.
✔ Micro-Moments of Hope
Tiny sparks that remind you:
You are lovable. You are magnetic. You are not alone.
There is no pressure to impress. No expectation to “find the one” in a single night. The goal is simpler — and more powerful: to remember that connection can feel human again.
The Deeper Mission
The dating crisis isn’t just cultural. It’s spiritual.
We’ve digitized one of the most sacred human processes and turned it into something transactional, extractive, and cold.
SEEN exists to reverse that.
To restore:
dignity to dating
reverence to connection
courage to the heart
community to a fragmented culture
the ecosystem which once supported relational growth
This is about more than meeting someone. It’s about becoming someone who can build a real relationship in today’s climate — in a world that has forgotten how.
The Founder
Hi, I’m Britt Lee — relational restoration consultant and hypnotherapist. I created SEEN because I’ve lived both worlds.
I loved deeply. I lost deeply. And when I was thrust into modern dating, I saw clearly what many feel but can’t name:
This environment isn’t harmless or neutral. It is actively harming people, especially those who are sensitive and want something real.
One thing about losing the person closest to you — your person… is that it makes it very clear what matters… and what simply does not.
Connection and intimacy are sacred, and if you are bothered by modern dating, it’s because your soul feels the loss of something sacred, but has had no clear recourse — until now.
SEEN is the space I wish existed when I was trying to hope again.
Not an app, not a mindset shift, but a place where courage to see and be seen is practiced again.
The Invitation
SEEN helps you prepare for the love you’re actually meant to build.
Not rushed.
Not anxious.
Not chaotic or confusing.
But grounded.
Purposeful.
Emotionally mature.
Spiritually aligned.
Future-family focused.
SEEN doesn’t just help you meet people. It helps you:
reconnect with your heart
rebuild your confidence
restore your hope
grow your relational skillset
become the version of you who can welcome and keep real love
You don’t need to toughen up. You don’t need to detach. You don’t need to lower your standards or numb your heart.
You need a better environment. SEEN is that environment.
This is where future husbands and wives meet
…before they meet each other.
Our first Tampa event is coming. Spots are intentionally limited to protect the experience.
If this speaks to you, trust that.
Love isn’t dead. It’s been buried under systems that profit from disconnection.
Let’s dig it back up — together.
What happens when someone guides your heart with intention…

Meet Codie B., wife, mom, entrepreneur, Atlanta
"This was a beautiful experience. You have a feminine and gentle yet empowering way of helping others progress. You've helped me bring peace to some of the contradictions within myself and recognize how much power I've given away by the reactions I've had to certain things in my marriage. After the Passionate Partnership Challenge, we talked about the ideals we had about marriage and how it’s supposed to look. Now we’re letting all of that go and focusing on showing up as our highest selves for our own fulfillment and for our marriage. I realize we have the tools to rebuild. This has taught me to see my husband as a friend. I am so grateful for you. I feel like I’m growing up."
-
Meet Nathan N., husband, dad, business owner, Tampa
"Even though I REALLY wanted to just move into the garage... I went home. Sat next to her and remained quiet until she wanted to talk. Her anger slowly left her. We went on a walk and she let me hold her hand. My mind was exhausted... Like it was a horse I grabbed the reins to keep restrained from running away and being forced forward with God's love... searching for a way to love her through her childhood abandonment issues. I don't want to overwhelm you with the information I acquired from this experience. You have gifts Brittany... you literally navigated me through this firestorm."
-
Meet Hannah J., wife, scientist, entrepreneur, Newark
“Brittany, thank you seriously. For helping me get out of my head and back into my body. I fired my therapist to work with you and I’m happy to say I made the right choice! My family literally watched me change over the course of your program and have complimented me on this new energy on more than one occasion. My husband, too. I went from being cooped up in the house having back to back panic attacks, not being able to trust myself to being social and confident again. Thank you. sigh This was amazing.”
-
Meet Sherese S., wife, mom, entrepreneur, Atlanta
"There’s something magical in being able to come together in a safe space and speak to each other in an authentic, transparent way. Feeling safe being naked. A lot of times we don't speak up because we think, 'Am I safe? How will they react? Am I being selfish?' You just feel ashamed. But this was different. During this experience I healed my relationship with masculine energy enough to see the man in my life could be my husband. I learned to not only speak up about my needs, but I've been practicing receptivity when he tries to meet them - which I always said no one did. That wasn't necessarily true. I see now that I actually have a hard time receiving love."

Meet Shauntoni C., wife, mom, stylist, Miami
“Working with Brittany has been truly a life changing situation. I had been in regular talk therapy for a couple years weekly and didn’t feel like I was seeing the progress I was hoping to see. Britt helped me identity the issues, and gave me clear instruction on how to overcome the obstacle with strategic action. And it was way easier to open up since I felt like I was talking to a friend. Highly recommend.”
-
Meet Dorothy T., mom, massage therapist, Augusta
“The hypnotherapy in itself broke so much inside me - in the best way! I used to call myself ‘a hurt little girl’ but I can no longer relate to those thoughts and feelings. You were my biggest investment into myself this year and I’m so glad I did it. I’ve healed so much. I don’t get choked up anymore about things that used to upset me. I used to be all over the place. Now I’m much lighter and able to compartmentalize. You empowered me back into the role of healer and authority in my own life. I truly appreciate you offering this work.”
-
Meet Fayth T., licensed social worker, entrepreneur, Chicago
“I’m so grateful for crossing Britt’s path. She’s soooooooo insightful, thorough, and gentle. Britt is worth every penny. You won’t regret it. I still use the guide she created for me from years ago. If you’re willing to do the work, she masters everything else. And if you’re unwilling to do the work, she can still help you figure out what’s blocking you. When I met her my life was in shambles - love, career.. everything. But she’s helped me transform in every area. Read her emails, watch her videos, listen to the podcasts. And watch your life pivot!!”

Meet Tanya C., wife, physician, Honolulu
“Fun story… we went to a work party function last night and drank all the wine. Met some awesome people who are getting married soon and they asked me for a good marriage tip. And I delivered this AMAZING speech about listening to learn your partner and blew their minds. Also, I’ve been practicing ‘the pause’ to allow space for him to lead/act as the man we can both respect and trust. You know, without jumping in to control every detail. And it’s working! He thanked me yesterday and said, ‘I don’t know what’s gotten into you but keep it up.’ ;)”
-
Meet Drina C., wife, entrepreneur, Atlanta
“I had my reservations about hypnosis due to how it’s portrayed in the media. However, my experience really made a difference in my healing. The [first] session was surreal and refreshing. I was able to release things I didn’t realize I was still holding onto and at the end of the session, I cried a few tears. I felt so light and FREE. I used to daydream about being the woman I am today. What a transformation! If you’re reading this and considering Britt’s services, JUST DO IT! You will not be disappointed with the results.”
